Sketch Up Tiger Tank Day 3

today i added pn the extra armor on the lower front plate of the tank as shown in the picture. then i added the engine deck where they can access the engine bay for the tank. the last thing i made today was the exhaust pipes. the hard part is going to be making the tracks for the tank.

Sketch Up Tiger Tank Day 2

today i worked on the hall of the the tank and made it look more like the hull of the actual tiger. i added on the radio operators machine gun port and i also added the divers view port on the front of the tank. i lowered the turret and put on the hull. i had to scale the turret and make it smaller because it was a little to big for the hull.

Sketch Up Tiger Tank Day 1

today i started to make the Legendary Tiger tank that was used by Hitler's Army in World War II. this tank was the most feared tank in World War II because it was nearly impossible to destroy with the Sherman Tanks that the Americans and Canadian used and the Sherman's were armed with a 75mm armament which wasn't strong enough to penetrate the tiger's thick armor which was 100mm think on the front.

i have started to build the turret and a little bit of the hull. the turret i find easy to make cause it is fairly round and the gun mantle is rectangular, the gun was also easy to make because it is round. i added the rifling of the barrel as shown in the picture at the bottom. i was mostly using the rectangle, circle, line, and push pull tool to make everything. tomorrow ill work on the turret a little bit more and then ill start on the hull.

Sketch Up Gym Day 7 (Finished)

today i added in more small benches against the wall. i also imported chairs from the 3D warehouse in Sketch Up. i took one chair and made multiple copies of the chair and put them where the teachers would usually sit.

Sketch Up Gym Day 6

today i made the carpet that they lay out in front of the benches when there is an assembly. i also made one benches on the side of the left side of the picture against the wall. i still need to make a few more of the smaller benches and i need to move them around the gym.

Sketch Up Gym Day 5

today i added the rest of the walls for the gym. i moved the stand into the gym and i also added cross members for the benches. i imported a picture of the aldergrove totems picture and put it on the stand and on the wall. im not finished yet and tomorrow i will be working on the walls and adding more detail to the gym.

Sketch Up Gym Day 4

today i but up another section of the gym walls and added the doors on the section of the wall. i also was working on the benches again and i added in support posts under the benches just like the ones in the gym. i got some advice from my teacher, Mr. B on how i should make the support posts.

Sketch Up Gym Day 3

today i added walls and i put doors on the walls. the doors are in the exact same spot as they are in the gym. i also was working on the bench today, i was making them look better and i made the spots where you can put your feet when you are sitting down. i still have some work to do on the benches. tomorrow ill be working on the benches more and will probably add in more walls for the gym.

Sketch Up Gym Day 2

today i made the bench for the gym, they arent exactly the same. the bench werent that hard to make. i used the line tool, push pull and the rectangle tool to make the bench and the stand. tomorrow i am going to be adding the walls.

 

Sketch Up Gym Day 1

today i made a stand that people us when they are giving speeches in front of a big group. for example they use one of these stands at my school when there is Assembly. i am going to be making my schools gym and ill be putting this stand in it. tomorrow ill be making the seat that are in my gym.
